About First Trinity

Creation Care

Interested in exploring how together First Trinity and St. Matthew’s can better care for God’s creation?

Creation Care was adopted as a 2011 Initiative by the First Trinity Church Council and an invitation was extended to St. Matthew’s to work with us to raise awareness of our congregation’s carbon footprint and how we could reduce it, and to provide education and resources for member so they can be better stewards of God’s creation.

We are in the midst of planning activities to help us be better stewards of our earth and its resources, both as congregations worshiping together, and as individual Christians.

If you would like to listen for how God is calling our congregations to action, and then help plan and implement our response, please contact Chris Orvin at chris.a.orvin@gmail.com or (843) 754-8933.
