Music

Music is an integral and vital part of our community's life at First Trinity. Music Director Stefan Brodd is joined by soprano Malinda Dix-Hunt, flutist Michael Bowyer, our choir, handbell choir, and an array of other soloists and ensembles in offering music to the praise and glory of God and for the joy of our worshippers.

During the course of the liturgical year, we offer six different settings of the liturgy, some arranged or composed especially for First Trinity. About half of the year's services are led from the organ, and half from the piano.

We strive to include a very wide diversity of musical styles and languages in the hymns and songs we sing together, as well as in the vocal and instrumental pieces offered for preludes, offerings, and during communion.
